OK! Today I want to write a short article on multi level marketing opportunities.
First of all, let’s talk a little bit about the home based business arena and see if your fit to join a home based business or not.
While there are a ton of people online promoting get rich ads and programs of that nature, I want to clarify that there is NO SUCH THING!
People have over hyped and under delivered on tons of different types of home based businesses out there on the internet and it really has caused people really just to fail in this industry.
Here are some different types of businesses that you’ll find online.
1. Affiliate Marketing… (Selling Other People’s Products)
2. Direct Sales Programs…
3. MLM… (Multi Level Marketing)
While there are so many different types of businesses online, not every one of them will be rewarding.
So, Let’s talk about different Multi Level Marketing Opportunities out there on the internet or even in the offline world.
While I can’t go into detail about different companies, I can attempt to explain what you should look for before you even think about joining any multi level marketing opportunities.
Here are some tips to look for…
1. How long has the company been around?
2. Are they reputable?
3. What is the compensation plan like compared to other compensation plans?
4. Do you like the companies products?
These are just 4 things to look for…
I believe you should like the companies products that you’re wanting to join.
Before you make any attempts to just jump in any mlm company, make sure to do your due diligence and research everything about the company and it’s compensation plan.
While there are several Multi Level Marketing Opportunities out there, make sure to PICK ONE AND STICK WITH IT FOR THE LONG RUN!
Don’t jump around from MLM to MLM only to find yourself NOT being successful.

What Is Multi Level Marketing?

You’ve probably come here wanting to know more about What Is Multi Level Marketing and if it’s right for you?
So I’ll attempt to explain it to you in a BASIC explanation so there is NO confusion.
Here’s what Multi Level Marketing also know as (MLM), or Network Marketing, and recently sometimes been referred to as Referral Marketing is. It is basically a system of distribution of products and services that utilizes a network of small people rather than the traditional retailers and wholesalers.
Traditional and currently the more common system of distribution takes products produced by manufacturers to the wholesalers and then the wholesalers distribute these goods to the retailers, who then sell these products to the consumers.
Here’s how it works.
In Multi Level Marketing the Individual distributors (People) replace the actual retailers.
These people are distributors for an MLM oportunity that are operating a Home Based Business. MLM companies buy their products from manufactures and then sell them to the distributors who are the retailers for that specific Multi Level Marketing company.
More than likely the distributor becomes a customer of the company he, or she is with.
Here’s an example: If I’m with XYZ company, I will buy the products from that company.
This is referred to as an autoship program. ALL MLM companies have this autoship process in place that I know of so that you can qualify for different bonuses they offer etc…
Distributors become salesman, and saleswomen and sell the actual products to consumers just like the traditional retailers would sell their products.
Here are some good points about MLM before joining one!
1. You can get paid on other people’s efforts. (Building A Downline)
2. You can get HUGE Bonuses from the MLM company if you qualify.
3. You can make a lot of money if you stay focused and build you MLM for the long run and not jump from program to program.
4. MLM can be very rewarding!
Here are some things you might want to consider before joining an MLM Opportunity.
1. It takes time and dedication in building and MLM (Home Based Business) – Sometimes years.
2. Multi Level Marketing is NOT for everyone. (If you’re lazy, DON’T JOIN ONE!)
3. Get ready for attrition. In other words, people will QUIT!
4. 95% of MLM’ers or Network Marketers will NOT make money.
5. Get ready to work! NOTHING is handed to you.
What Is Multi Level Marketing?
LET’S TALK ABOUT BUILDING A TEAM!
The whole goal of Building And MLM is to become financially free. (At least for most people)
In order to build a downline in any MLM opportunity, you must work and be consistent.
Here are some ways to build a downline.
1. Having a duplicatable system.
2. Teach others to do what you are doing to be successful.
3. Have webinars and training programs to teach your downline.
4. Having fun while doing it! Remeber it takes time.
